Kylie Kaiser

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself! Kylie Kaiser, wife, mom of 2 boys, and COO of Qera!

Here is what I know. People are the foundation of business. My job and passion at Qera is just that; ensure that people always come first.

I have a unique background for a marketer. It’s not in marketing. I was a Captain in the Army, leadership by day, and Apache helicopter gun pilot by night. In 12 years I have experienced first hand the resounding effects of poor and excellent leadership both as a team member and a leader. It is this experience that I bring to Qera.

My passion is to pursue a culture for both clients and team members that is uplifting, and ultimately adds to quality of life. We all know a stagnant work environment is deadly; having a dynamic culture of growth and advancement is who we are.

I believe that everyone has something extremely unique to offer this world, and it is our job to find it. I am excited to have a place where people can learn, grow, and feel like valued members of the team.

As a marketing company, you can have all the answers, but if you don’t have the culture to back it up, it’s pointless. That’s my passion. At Qera we strive to have both and welcome you to join us!
