Compensation

Fee

As compensation for the successful referral of a client, Qera agrees to pay the Agency 15% of the lifetime value of the client's contract. The Agency also agrees to this compensation clause if a client from Qera is referred to the Agency.
Pay Period

Payment will be rendered to the Agency or Qera no later than 10 days after the referred client’s successful contract execution.

Definitions

Successful Referral

Qera defines a “successful referral” as any client that is directly introduced from the Agency to Qera or Qera to the Agency and successfully completes payment and contract execution of any Qera or Agency service.
Client

The “client” is defined as any referred company that successfully executes a contract with Qera or the Agency.
Contract Execution

“Contract execution” will be defined as a client signing a contract with Qera or the Agency and completing the first payment.
